All products are made-to-order / customised and manufacturing starts only after payment confirmation. We do not maintain ready stock of finished products.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Orders are generally delivered within 15 days from payment/order confirmation. We always try our best to deliver earlier whenever possible.
Delivery is arranged through our trusted delivery partners/vehicle services, depending on the location and product.
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refund will be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, as per Razorpay's applicable refund/payment processing rules.
After 24 hours, cancellation of customised/made-to-order products will generally not be accepted.
Please open and thoroughly inspect the product outside your premises at the time of delivery, before accepting the delivery.
If any manufacturing defect is found, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately and the product may be returned through the same delivery vehicle/driver.
In such a case, the applicable two-way freight/transport charges will be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded as per our refund process and applicable Razorpay rules.
Customised products cannot be returned due to change of mind, size preference or colour preference.
Products made according to the customer's specified dimensions will not be returnable due to size-related dissatisfaction.
Minor colour/shade variation is not considered a defect, as colours may appear differently on mobile/laptop screens and actual shades can vary between production batches.
